Meeting with the Staging Delegation of Minister President of Thüringia, Federal Republic of Germany

On the 8th March 2019, the National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) welcomed the staging delegation of Minister President of Thüringia, Federal Republic of Germany.

Coming to visit and work with NUCE, the delegation consists of: Mrs. Susanne Meyer – Secretary of Minister President, Leader of the delegation; Mr. Benjamin Rosiger – Ministerial Office, Ministry of Economics – Science and Society; Mr. Stefan Blechschmidt – General Director of Department of International; Mrs. Anita Spiegler – Director of East Asia Project Board; together with related delegations from Germany.

Welcoming the delegation, on behalf of NUCE there is the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Pham Duy Hoa – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dinh Thi – Director of Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs; Prof. Tran Van Lien – Director of Office of Science and Technology; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Director of Office of International Cooperation; Dr. Ta Quynh Hoa – Dean of Faculty of International Education; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Hung Phong – Vice-Dean of Graduate School; Dr. Van Viet Thien An – Vice-Dean of Faculty of Construction Materials.

Overview of the Meeting

At the meeting, Mrs. Susanne Meyer – Leader of the delegation announces that H.E. Bodo Ramelow – Minister President of Thüringia together with representatives of the State, Ministries, universities, research institutes, and corporations will officially visit and work with NUCE on the 9th April 2019. This visit will include contents of cooperation in training and scientific research; support technological development, trade and investment of German organizations and companies; as well as support the implementation of technological transfer projects among the two countries.

Giving speech at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Pham Duy Hoa – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of NUCE expresses his pride and wishes to welcome all delegates to NUCE on the official visit of H.E. Minister President in April 2019. Assoc. Prof. Pham Duy Hoa informs that NUCE and Germany have had a long bond as there are many students and lecturers of NUCE who have been studying and training in Germany. Many of whom have contributed greatly to NUCE and to Vietnam after they come back. Assoc. Prof. Pham Duy Hoa wishes that NUCE will continue to develop collaborations in training and in scientific research with German partners.

 

The staging delegation visits NUCE Tradition Chamber

After agreeing on the working schedule with NUCE on the 9th April 2019, the staging delegation pays a visit to meeting halls, NUCE Tradition Chamber, and lecture halls... to ensure that the official event will be organized successfully.
